Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in time: 2pm

checkout time: 10am

(if room is available earlier no problem)

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

At Check-In a valid Credit Card and Photo Identification is required. A Cash Bond will be required if you cannot provide a valid credit card. Please note Debit Cards will not be accepted for security holds. A $300 pre-auth security bond will be taken on arrival.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Please advise if arriving out of office hours and late arrival procedures will be emailed to access the key.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Subject to availability on day of departure.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

To confirm a booking a deposit of $200.00 in Low Season and $400.00 in High Season is required. The balance of payment is required on arrival at Waterways Apartments.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm

Saturday – 9.00am – 12.00pm

Sunday & Public Holidays – Closed

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

All Bookings for Gold Coast attractions, tours and theme parks are available at our reception desk – just ask our friendly staff for assistance.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Free WI FI - *Conditions Apply (1 hour or 200MB per day only)

Q: What facilities do you have?

Our facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, undercover BBQ area and private fishing pontoon. Not to mention our Dry Cleaning Service, Lift / Elevator, DVD Library, Security Parking, WiFi Internet, On-site undercover parking, Tour Desk & Non-Smoking Rooms

Q: Is there car parking available?

Secure undercover parking available with accommodation. (We also have secured guest car parking)

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, however extra bedding and baby cots are available upon request, a surcharge will apply

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

If your stay is more than 8 days, room serviced half way into your stay

Q: Is the pool heated?

General information about our location.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

Surfers Paradise, we are in the heart of it! We are also conveniently located across the road from the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre 

Broadbeach – 10min either tram ride or car

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Supermarket & Liquor shop across the road

Shops & restaurants within 5-10 min walking

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes! There is a bus stop at the front door for your convenience & we also have the Gold Coast Tram located a short 5 minute walk from our Apartments. This tram travels right up to Southport to the North & South into Broadbeach & stops at Pacific Fair shopping centre.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

We are situated on the Nerang River with a number of river activities available including jet skiing, power boating, canal cruising and fishing or you can even hire a BBQ boat and spend a relaxing day with the family. No to mention great access to the local Theme Parks, tours and attractions the Gold Coast has to offer

Q: How far away is the race track?

We are located approx. 10 - 15 minutes drive from the race track in Mainbeach.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Yes. we have local stores just a short  minute walk across the road.
